Marina Ogneva (b. in 1980) is a self-taught nature photographer but has been shooting professionally for more than thirteen years now. She is a member of the Union of Photographers of Russia and a participant in numerous photo expeditions to Baikal, Altai, the Urals, Kamchatka and Transbaikalia.
Marina uses photography as a tool for inner dialogue and calm deep contemplation. Over the years, photography has gradually evolved into a powerful therapeutic tool, a kind of training for the mind, soul, and body helping to process emotional waste for the benefit of others. Originally hailing from Kyrgyzstan, Marina Ogneva is currently based in Krasnoyarsk region (Siberia) focused on fog and strong winter shooting.

Professionally, she has been working in web/digital design, marketing, PM and copywriting for more than 17 years.
